Our team belongs to Ministry of Agricultural Feed Industry Centre in China. We focus on basal and applied research in the field of nutrition and bio-availability evaluation. Our group includes 7 professors, 12 associate professors, 4 assistant professors, and 50 graduate students. The work on peptides, enzymes, and probiotics are pioneering in China.
