FeedUtiliGene: a free tool for modelling the biological functions in pigs and poultry

FeedUtiliGene is a free software tool that demonstrate the modelling of biological functions in pigs and poultry. It contains 6 modules: a digestion module, a parameter estimation module, a nutrient partitioning module simulating energy, amino acid, and phosphorus utilization, a fatty acid module for pigs, a robustness module, and a stochastic module.

Bird-e. Automate de consommation alimentaire pour volailles. Automated ration dispenser for poultry

Bird-e is a prototype of invidual ration dispenser for poultry that was developed by INRAE (UMR BOA) in the Feed-a-Gene project to collect feed intake and growth data at individual level on animals reared in group and on floor. The prototype is presented by Sandrine Grasteau (head of research unit), research engineers Elodie Guettier and Jérémy Bernard and pHD candidate Quentin Berger.
